You do not need to bring anything with you to your appointment, however we do recommend you wear nude coloured underwear, a strapless bra is often helpful. If you have already chosen your shoes, you can also bring these with you to try with the dresses.

We recommend starting to look for your dress 12 months- 18 months before your wedding date. This will allow you plenty of time for finding ’the one’, ordering the dress and factoring time for alterations.

We do appreciate not everyone has this much time to spare so if you have a shorter timeframe to work with, please still contact us as we will have options for you.

We offer an alterations service, however, the price of this is not included in the cost of your dress or outfit.

If you would like us to take care of the alterations, a full quote will be provided once your dress arrives and you have tried it on, as the price will be dependent on the work required.

Payment of alterations will be required before collection of the dress.

When you find your dream dress, we ask for 50% deposit to place the order and final payment when the dress is due to arrive.

The dress samples range from a size 10-18. Whilst we can only stock each dress in one size, we do have creative ways to make you feel fabulous even if the dress is not quite the right size.
